My name is Misty and I am fortunate enough to call the Central Coast of California my home. Growing up in such a beautiful and diverse area has allowed me to connect with nature in many ways. With my love for nature, my professional work in the non-profit sector and becoming a parent came my passion to reduce my personal carbon footprint. After several years of reducing single-use plastics from my home and seeing the growing need for more support around this work, I decided it was time for me to create a space for our community to also take the necessary steps in reducing single use plastics.
